Brian Bloomfield, GC, PE, ICC
CEO and Founder
Brian holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado in Boulder and is a licensed Professional Engineer in both Arizona and Colorado. As a licensed general contractor, he possesses a KB-02 General Contracting License in Arizona and an International Code Council (ICC) certificate for his General Residential Contractor’s License in Boulder, Colorado. With over 35 years of professional experience, Brian has been immersed in the construction world his entire life.
Brian’s journey began working alongside his father, an accomplished university professor at the University of Colorado, registered architect, and contractor who built luxury custom homes in Wisconsin and Colorado. Brian engineered and designed key features of these homes, focusing on excellence in energy efficiency.
His extensive professional experience spans custom home building and remodeling, as well as industrial and commercial construction. Brian has worked as a mechanical engineer, designing Class 1 clean rooms for an Architectural Engineering (AE) firm in Denver, Colorado. Transitioning from the AE office to the field, he has over 15 years of experience in high-tech facilities engineering, construction, and sustaining facilities work. Notable projects include engineering support for a 1 million square foot design and manufacturing facility for Hewlett Packard in Colorado Springs and Intel Corp in Arizona, where he managed a $60 million construction budget and led a team of twelve engineers for the first microelectronics chip fabrication facility on the Ocotillo campus in Chandler, Arizona.
Brian has received numerous awards for excellence in leadership and teamwork throughout his career and was selected to chair the joint engineering team spanning eight manufacturing sites across the United States and three international locations.
Brian prides himself on delivering unique, high-quality projects with an emphasis on superior craftsmanship, resulting in lifelong clients. Bloomfield Builders LLC has recently expanded to Boulder, Colorado, and the surrounding areas, capitalizing on the luxury market opportunity in a magnificent location where many of his original family roots and friends still reside.
Kendra E. Wendt, MHA, BS, RN
Chief Operating Officer
Kendra Wendt is a dynamic registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Health Administration degree. She combines a powerful entrepreneurial drive with exceptional leadership abilities and a high degree of expertise in business operations. Kendra is a top performer who makes decisions that positively impact the operational success of businesses, from start-ups to multibillion-dollar enterprises.
Kendra has a unique ability to see the “big picture” while ensuring the delivery of responsible industry standards and spearheading key strategic plans. She is an excellent communicator who builds solid relationships with executives, teams, and key stakeholders. Her up-to-date knowledge of national trends and critical statistics allows her to skillfully identify and capitalize on opportunities for business growth and expansion.
Building, designing, and decorating are in Kendra’s genes. Growing up, she watched her parents work on their business of designing, building, and selling homes, which sparked her passion for the industry. Today, she is the co-owner and interior designer of the Briken Design Group by Decorating Den Interiors.
Kendra’s exceptional communication skills, industry knowledge, and strategic vision have fueled the success of companies large and small. Her lifelong passion for design is now realized through her role as co-owner and interior designer of Briken Design Group and Chief Operating Officer Bloomfield Builders LLC.
Todd Lahr
Senior Project Manager, Colorado
With 28 years of experience in the Industry, Todd has spent most of his life in Colorado, starting off as a carpenter, then a superintendent and eventually running his own building and remodeling business for 20 years. During his first several years in business, Todd and his building team were soon recognized for their quality of construction, winning the Platinum Award for "Best Home" in the Boulder County tour of homes and Runner up for "Most Energy Efficient Homebuilder" through the Denver Home Builders association in 2000.
Later, Todd would become interested in Kitchen and Bath Remodeling and established TLC Cabinetry in 2015, designing kitchens and baths through his retail showroom in Mead, CO.
Being a Cellist, in his spare time, Todd blends creativity with the deep focus needed to execute complex details. Todd also maintains an interest in energy efficient and sustainable building practices and is certified in Passive House Construction. Todd is thrilled to take his talents to the next level with the Bloomfield Builders team and currently manages our projects throughout the Front Range.
Charlie Boyle
Master Carpenter, Site Superintendent, Arizona
With over 40 years of experience, Charlie Boyle is a master carpenter renowned for his versatility and craftsmanship. A native of Arizona, Charlie has honed his skills in building everything from custom cabinets and doors to furniture with fine finishes. His expertise extends from finish carpentry and framing to welding.
Charlie’s passion for building has been evident since he was a young man. He is not only a meticulous craftsman but also a strategic thinker with a keen ability to visualize how projects come together while using his experience to anticipate and eliminate possible design & construction defects. His years of project management experience have made him a sought-after luxury home craftsman, known for his attention to detail, accuracy, and customer service orientation. Solution-oriented, Charlie can always find a way to address unconventional situations.
In his spare time, Charlie enjoys hiking and visiting botanical gardens. He also loves spending quality time with his wife, two daughters, and their dogs. Additionally, Charlie enjoys spending time working on his second home in Southern Utah.

With over 15 years of experience in carpentry and construction, Seth has honed his skills in finish carpentry and various luxury residential building projects. Passionate about design and business models, he continuously seeks new challenges and opportunities for growth.
Born in Tuscarawas, Ohio, Seth Baldwin has a rich educational background, having studied at Brigham Young University (BYU), the University of Washington, and the University of Massachusetts (UMass). He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree.
Seth is a certified US Coast Guard Yachting Captain, achieving a perfect score on his certification. His professional journey is marked by excellence in sales management and team building.
In Seth’s spare time he is deeply committed to his role as a father and husband. He actively participates in Little League, enjoys mountain climbing, listening to and playing music and is known for his artistic design skills and problem-solving abilities. His dedication to his family and personal interests reflects his well-rounded and dynamic personality.
